I’m a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM), which means I’ve completed a nationally accredited midwifery program, passed the NARM board exam, and fulfilled all clinical requirements to offer full-scope midwifery care. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Midwifery and completed my training through Mercy In Action College of Midwifery, a MEAC-accredited school known for its strong emphasis on evidence-based, respectful maternity care.
While I’ve met every requirement to become licensed in Oregon, I’ve chosen not to pursue state licensure. My decision is grounded in a desire to preserve the freedom and flexibility of traditional midwifery—care that’s woman-led, undisturbed, and not dictated by policies that can interfere with the sacred design of birth.
That said, your safety is always a priority. I offer a licensed backup midwife to every client, ensuring you have full support in any circumstance that may arise.
My care is rooted in experience, education, faith, and a deep reverence for God’s design in birth. It’s my joy and honor to walk this sacred journey with the families I serve.
